Heartbeat: In these times, it's of the utmost importance to organize around what we deeply care about, learn to manage mood and emotion, take skillful and decisive action, relate compassionately, and embody a practical wisdom. Through my work, Somatic Consensus, I am deeply committed to bring mind/body spirited practices to grow community, speak our truths, and build a better world for future generations.

Focus: "Magic is Practice", Houdini
My focus is to offer practices for resourcing one's cognitive, emotional, and intuitive intelligences while building consensus with others as one integrated set of practices. By marrying somatic skills with NVC, we increase our capacity to deeply feel what we feel and to powerfully organize ourselves physically, emotionally, and linguistically. Put more simply, the organizing principle throughout this series is: Align who you are and What you value With your words and actions.

David coaches individuals and leads group trainings locally and around the world--in his community, schools, prisons, businesses, and organizations on four continents. David lives with his wife and sons within an intentional community he helped found over 20 years ago.
